We are a Corporate Health company, passionate about working with Australians so that the way they eat, move, sleep and smile enables them to thrive. To do that we focus on doing three things really, really well. It’s what set’s us, and our programs apart.
Unique to HealthStyle, is our Foundation Principles for promoting Health at Work. They allow us to work with you, building sustainable & supportive infrastructure to drive health improvement into the future.
We use these Principles to build support for the program, understand the environments impact on health, design sustainable strategy & build health promoting capabilities from within your organisation.
We design and deliver behaviour change, lifestyle improvement and disease prevention programs and services that achieve real outcomes for all involved.
These programs don’t sit on a shelf and collect dust. Our model for the research, design and implementation of our programs ensures they are specific to your people, your industry & your needs.
Face to face activities create energy, interest and momentum but how do you maintain that when it’s business as usual again? That’s where HealthStyle’s Healthy Media steps up.
Whether it’s a standalone initiative or part of a comprehensive strategy, our Healthy Media gets evidence based health promotion messages to your people in relevant, meaningful and fresh way. Get your #1 message across while people enjoy a #2.
We are proud of our results. We have been privileged to play our part in a number of leading, award winning programs with in the corporate health arena. Below are some examples:

Many of us still remember the dark, scary day we heard the headlines: “Bacon Causes Cancer”! Could it be about to happen all over again, to the very thing many of us turn to every single morning?
Our mission is to work with Australians and their places of work, so that the way they eat, move, sleep and smile enables them to flourish. We do this by partnering with Aussie businesses to create a place of work where the healthy choice is the easiest. We do this by delivering effective, fun and proven lifestyle improvement programs and services that create real and sustainable change. We do this by creating healthy media that educates and enables any population, all of which ultimately effect the economic and social value of our partner organisations.
The HealthStyle team have been selected for their exceptional skills, and capabilities in integrated worksite health and fitness management programs, their ability to facilitate change in a group or population and reach individuals who have the greatest health risks within the worksite.
HealthStyle’s recruitment strategy is comprehensive and embodies our approach to have the best people on board to achieve the best outcomes for our clients. The HealthStyle’s team take their work (but not themselves) very seriously which comes through in program delivery in terms of client participation, enjoyment and overall program outcomes.
Our strategy is to develop partnerships in workplace wellness. Our view is long term, we want to build systems within organisations to ensure we gain access to the workers who need support the most and to drive outcomes into the future.
Below are just a few of the partners we have worked with over time, developing their approach and strategy to ensure their outcomes are achieved.
